Introduced in 2016, the SVI quality mark serves as a symbol of excellence and responsible debt collection within the industry in the Netherlands. It sets stringent standards and guidelines for collection parties, providing clients with the assurance that their chosen partner upholds the highest levels of social consciousness and ethical conduct.
