Ethics in commerce – what happens when the merchant knows everything about the customer?
The EU directive PSD2 will have a great impact on future commerce. It will increase competition in the financial market while strengthening consumer rights. Alektum Group invites you to a panel debate where we will discuss questions such as payment difficulties, over-indebtedness and debt traps from a social perspective. Other examples of questions that will be discussed include:
- Is it positive for the consumer to constantly show their ability to pay?
- What happens when third-party suppliers gain access to the banks’ customer data?
- What opportunities and challenges does PSD2 present for commerce and consumers?
