We are humble and proud to have obtained a certificate demonstrating compliance with Inkasso Suisse’s Code of Conduct.

Responsible debt collection is part of everything we do. We have worked thoroughly for the last 30 years to ensure fair and ethical treatment of debtors – so that we can help people live a life they can afford, while at the same time ensuring that our customers get paid.

We are therefore happy to announce that we, as one of the first of Inkasso Suisse’s members, have proven to comply with all requirements stated in their Code of Conduct.

The Swiss Debt Collection Association launched its voluntary Code of Conduct and certification to ensure that member companies operate in a way that protect the interest of both debtors and creditors. To ensure compliance, the Swiss Safety Center is assigned to verify all applications.
