As a product of the pandemic, one of our customers in the energy sector were struggling with limited capacity to facilitate outbound calls to their debtors. During circumstances like these, we want to act as an extension of our customers. That’s why we, thanks to great cooperation, were able to step in and carry some of the load for them. Something that was widely appreciated by our customers.
