A large part of what we've dealt with to date in the Swedish market is mail order and e-commerce, publishing, banking and finance. This generally involves small sums and large volumes: so we have developed models that can deal with this effectively as well as other types of debt collection with more of a business focus. For consumer services, we only charge if we succeed.
