The Personal Data Act (1998)

When you contact us by using the forms on our website, we will store the information you submit as long as is necessary for us to be able to meet our commitment or as long as is specified by the authorities.

If the contact concerns a complaint or an individual collection case, the information can be stored for a maximum of one (1) year after our closure of the case. Registered information may be submitted to creditors, courts of law and other authorities in accordance with the regulations in the Personal Data Act.

You are entitled to obtain an extract of the information we have registered about you, once a year and without cost. A request for such an extract must be in writing and signed. If you should find that any information we have registered about you is inaccurate, please contact us to correct it.
